Digital technologies and implications for young children’s cognitive development, play and their application in education for the development of a pedagogy in the digital age(outcomes since 2016 = 11 published peer reviewed papers, five research chapters, a published edited book and one forthcoming co-authored book).
Reflection upon my work on participatory research with young children where I seek to explore how to equalise the asymmetrical relationship of power between researchers and researched. In contesting the linear or hierarchical or circular approaches to participatory ideology in research with young children I argue that participatory research is entwined, intermingled and interconnected with “eupraxia” on research. Leadership in educational contexts where it is argued that leadership should be considered as pedagogical practice (outcomes since 2016 = three published peer reviewed papers, two invited chapters and two in press, one co-authored research book).
